Returns Policy

Returns are ONLY accepted if the product is unsatisfactory due to faulty packaging or if the product is defective.

Products that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return or refund due to hygiene reasons.

If you wish to cancel your order please email as soon as possible as all products are shipped either the same day or next working day dependant on time of order placement.

It is also your responsibility to choose the relevant products for your own skin types.

If in the event you wish to return a product, you must e-mail sales@heatherloucosmetics.co.uk within 7 working days of you receiving the product and state the reason for the return.

We aim to send a reply within 48 hours stating instructions of how to return your product.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

A "Full Refund" DOES NOT include delivery costs. 

All returned products must be returned within suitable packaging to ensure that it reaches us in good condition to the following postal address:

9 Albert Avenue, Walkden, Manchester, M28 3GE, UK.

Please only use the above address after you have been given permission and authorisation to do so by a member of the Heather Lou Cosmetics® team.

Heather Lou Cosmetics® are not responsible for the loss of returned products during delivery. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product via a secure and reliable delivery service.

If any item(s) within your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We shall then be able to negotiate a final decision of settlement.

If you wish to return any damaged items, they must be returned within 14 days of delivery and requires authorisation use of returns address beforehand

Most refunds where necessary are issued within 3 working days and shall take up to 10 working days to show on your account depending on your Card Issuer.

Please note that these lead times are beyond our control and we cannot influence your card issuer to process your payment any quicker than the standard times.
